Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
- In their original condition
- Have all original tags attached
Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale items
- Gift Cards
- Jewelry
- Hair accessories
- Intimates or undergarments
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size, color, or style, please submit a return request for your original item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
This helps us maintain accurate inventory and ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notifying you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process your refund.
