How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. During new collection launches or sales, processing may take a little longer. We’ll always work hard to get your order shipped as quickly as possible!
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, please email us as soon as possible at hello@raeofgraceboutique.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order has begun processing.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package ships.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your door.
(If you decide to offer local pickup later, we can easily update this.)
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
Sizing
How do I know what size to order?
Each product includes sizing information whenever available. If you’re between sizes or have questions, feel free to email us before placing your order.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some of our best-selling styles will be restocked, while others are limited edition and may not return.
